When Gifford Productions uses Intuit QuickBooks Online, information concerning clients, vendors, and prospective clients may be processed by Intuit in connection with accounting, invoicing, billing, payment, fraud-prevention, security, analytics, and related services. Depending on the processing activity, Intuit may act on behalf of Gifford Productions or may process certain business-contact information for its own purposes as described in Intuit’s applicable privacy notices.

Providers process information according to the services they supply, contractual arrangements, and their own applicable privacy and security terms.

This list may change as business systems and client requirements evolve.

10. Information Security

Gifford Productions maintains administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect non-public information appropriate to the size and nature of the business and the information being handled.
